🥗<GOI CUON - MEAT LIGHT OF VIETNAM>

(Vietnamese below) Goi Cuon (Spring roll) is a Vietnamese fresh spring roll dish, mainly consisting of pork, shrimp, vegetables, herbs and Bun (rice noodles) wrapped in Vietnamese rice paper (commonly known as Banh Trang). Spring rolls are served as appetizers in many East Asian and Southeast Asian countries, it’s considered a national dish of Vietnam along with pho and banh mi. Goi cuon was also placed No 30 among the world's 50 best foods by CNN, based on a vote of 35,000 people. It's described as a "meat light", with the flavors of refreshing herbs erupting in your mouth. Dipped in a slightly sweet Vietnamese sauce laced with ground peanuts, it's wholesome, easy and the very definition of "moreish. We have two version of Goi cuon, which are #ShrimpSpringRoll and #VegetarianSpringRoll.
